Flat Fee Listing Includes:

• Listing in the Multiple Listing Service for ONE YEAR
• Photo gallery on the MLS - photos provided by seller
• All required state and federal Seller disclosure forms provided
• Additional signage, flyer boxes, lock boxes, etc. available from the Broker at time of listing
• Realtor.com Listing with four photos
• Brokerage sign (free of charge). The sign will have the broker's number or you can buy a
  sign with YOUR phone number for $65 ($15 refundable).* Ohio Dept. Of Real Estate requires that
  if the property is listed in the MLS, the listing broker (regardless if it is a limited service company) must
  have their brokerage name posted - FSBO signs are not allowed per their rules if it is listed.  HOWEVER, the
  seller's phone number can be the contact number.
• Reserve the right to sell "For Sale By Owner" and you NEVER are required to accept an offer
  from an agent or from a buyer not working with an agent.
• You offer a buyer's agent commission of your choice (we suggest 2.5-3%) and NEVER pay
  a listing office commission.  The flat listing fee is all you pay to list the property.
