4. Follow the instructions on the first page of the forms to fax and email us the information we need. You will be listed within one business day!
   
   

OPTION ONE -  $399 Flat Fee MLS Advertising Service

 
Flat Listing Fee due at time of listing which is NON-REFUNDABLE and Buyer's Agent commission is paid at the close of escrow if sold by an agent.  If you sell to a buyer not working with an agent (for sale by owner), then you pay no commission.

Includes the following:

• Listing in the Multiple Listing Service until sold with unlimited changes
• Maximum photo upload to the MLS - photo provided by seller
• Listing on Realtor.com, FlatList.com, MSN.com, Yahoo.com and 100s of real estate websites
• All required state and federal Seller's disclosures provided
• MLS Electronic Lock Box available for $100 ($150 in RMLS territory-$50 refundable upon Lockbox return.)
• Professional Yard Arm and Sign Posting $75, Flyer Box $25, Flyer Creation $25 and Directional Arrows for $15 are available (see forms)

OPTION TWO -  $499 Flat Fee MLS Additional Service

 

Everything listed under Option ONE PLUS:

• Listing in the Multiple Listing Service until sold!
• Maximum photo upload to MLS and photo description (where available) for each photo
• Professional sign posting including white yard arm, brokerage for sale sign, flyer box and a blank rider for your phone number so buyers can contact you directly. (Not available in some areas.)
• Flyer: Flyer is created and emailed to seller as a pdf so seller can print as needed  
• MLS Electronic Lock Box available for $100 ($150 in RMLS territory-$50 refundable upon Lockbox return.)
• Directional Arrows for $15  (see forms)

• Blank purchase and sale forms to be used if Seller find a Buyer not represented by a Buyer’s Agent. If Seller sells the property to their own buyer not represented by an agent, Flat List RE will not assist in that transaction.

We make this guarantee to you:

If you are unable to sell your property using our service, we will give you an opportunity to recover your investment with us. If you find you need a full service listing agent, we will refer your listing to a network agent in your area who will list your home for a full service commission, and you will be credited the flat listing fee from the listing agent's commission at closing.*

*Seller understands that Seller may cancel listing at anytime at no charge and choose a listing agent of Seller's choice. However, if Seller chooses their own agent, and that agent elects not to participate in the credit, then this guarantee shall not apply.
